Description
This series of equipment is used for hot filling production of tea drinks, fruit juice drinks and other products. This series is a combination of sterilization, filling and sealing. The design is scientific and reasonable, so operate is simple. It is the preferred equipment for hot-filling drinks.
It adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch control system, PLC computer control, frequency converter control, etc. It has high degree of automation and easy operation.
The filling temperature of this machine is 55-95ºC hot filling, It adopts suspension air conveyor. When change the bottle, It only needs to adjust the conveying width, which is more efficient and labor-saving. Filling action is smooth, fast, high precision, reliable sealing, low material loss and other functions, avoid secondary pollution of materials effectively.
Technical features:
1) It is adopted that direct connection between air conveyor and inlet starwheel instead of screw and conveyor chains, which is easier for bottle changing.
2) There is no need to adjust the height of equipment through neck holding tech for bottle transportation. And what is only to change some spare parts.
3) High speed filling line is of clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
4) By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
5) Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
6) High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
7) Parts contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic. The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard.
8) The bottle-out starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain's height.

Silica sand filter: as a filter medium can effectively intercept and remove suspended matter, organic matter and some heavy metal ions in water under certain pressure, thus reducing the turbidity of water.
Active carbon filter: can filter chlorine content in water: <0.1PPM,It can also reduce turbidity, chroma of water, purify water quality.
Sodium ion exchanger (softener): Is used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, thus obtaining softened water.
Precision filter: Adopts PP filter membranes which has high filtering precision, less than 0.1um particles, strong ability of intercepting pollution and long service life.
Reverse osmosis: Is composed of reverse osmosis membrane (RO), high pressure pump and washing system, It can intercept substances larger than 0.0001 micron. And allow water molecules to pass through.
UV: After the RO system, the bacteria in the water are eliminated by using the UV sterilizing lamp.
Ozone: It is a strong oxidant, which can quickly kill bacteria in water and air at a certain concentration.
Finished water tank: Is used to store filtered pure water, which is connected with filling machine for application.

2, Beverage processing system
Plate UHT sterilizer:
It is mainly used for heating and sterilizing sensitive liquids such as fruit juice, tea and alcohol etc...The sterilization temperature is 85-135ºC, the capacity is 1-15T. The control components are all internationally famous brands. |
Pipe UHT sterilizer:
It is mainly used for high viscosity, large flesh and acidic drinks, such as fresh juice, jam and coffee etc...., The sterilization temperature is 80-137ºC, the capacity is 1-15T, The control components are all internationally famous brands. |
High pressure homogenizer:
T means under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure-loss expansion, make the liquid is more uniformly mixed with each other, so that the liquid taste is more soft, the capacity is 1-10T. |
Vacuum degasser:
It is mainly composed of degassing chamber, condenser, vacuum pump etc. It is widely used in fresh juice, tea and milk drinks etc. It can remove air (oxygen) from liquid, inhibit browning and oxidation of substances, prevent quality degradation, remove particulate gas, prevent foaming from affecting sterilization, reduce corrosion to the inner wall of container, and play an anti-corrosion role. |
UHT instantaneous sterilizer:
It is suitable for instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials, such as fruit juice, fresh milk, soy milk and alcohol drink etc. It has such features as high efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and good sterilization effect etc. |
CIP(Clean-in-place) System:

3, PET bottle blow molding system
It is a kind of equipment which can make plastic granules into hollow containers by blow molding process. It is mainly used in beverage and food industry.
Features of main body:
