What is RO plant?

Product Name	Details
Water Storage Tank	It use to storage raw water, Stable Ro system raw water flow and pressure,protect the raw water pump. The raw water tank with built-in water stainless steel ball valve and liquid level controller.
Sand Filter	It is widely used in RO system to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc. This process will reduce the load on the back-end filters
Active Carbon Filter	The active-carbon filter is commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water . After the quartz sand filter and active carbon filter.
Sodium-ion Filter	Sodium Ion exchanger we also called softer,that softer theory is exchanging NA+ of resin itself of Ca++ Mg++ of water resource with ion to make water resource soften and become soft water. Sodium Ion exchanger is including refreshing device and pump etc.
Fine Filte	Prevent the particles entering the membrane, scratched the surface of the membrane. In the normal operating condition, the filter can maintained for 3 mouth. The filter structure for fast replace.
RO System	It can removes the hydronium, organic substance, colloid, bacteria and other impurity by the method of membrane. And the water can be desalted and purified. The water must be pretreated before entering into the RO system, or it will bring damage to the RO membrane.
Ultraviolet Sterilizer	The products adopt a high-intensity,long-lived UV germicidal lamp,the device is reasonable,compact,and adopts the structure of secondary disinfection,so health indicators completely according to the state standard.
Ozone Generator	Four connections installed on the ozone generator: air inlet:/Ozone outlet/chilling water inlet/chilling water outlet
Pump	It will deliver the raw water to the system, it is control by PLC. Liquid level controller can control the booster pump's start and stop.

What is meant by EDI?

Electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology, through the cation, anion membrane on the choice of positive and negative ions through the role of ion exchange resin on the exchange of ions in the water under the action of the electric field to achieve the migration of ions in the water, which can achieve a deep water purification desalination, and through the water electrolysis of hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions on the packaging resin for continuous regeneration.
