Working principle
When bottles are sent to the machine by conveyor continuously, they firstly are deliveried to the receiving wheel
by air-slide conveyor and then to washing part.
The bottle clamps hold the bottles and trun over 180°C to wash, then return back to their original position after
enough washing and drying. The bottles are sent to the middle thumb wheel 1 and to the filling part to be filled,
then moved by middle thumb wheel 2 and reach to capping part to be capped, at the same time, cap trimmer
sends caps to the top of the bottles and capper screws caps.
Bottles are sent to the conveyor chain by the out stirring wheel to next working position.
Characteristics
1) Monoblock structure, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
2) Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
3) High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
4) Parts contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic.The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard.
5) The bottle-out starwheel is of screwdown shape.When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain's height.

Washing part
Carbonated drinks filling machine is rotary washing machine, which mainly use for beverage such as carbonate
d drink, new bottle enter the equipment by star wheel, through clip and overturn mechanism make bottle down,
after washing, it overturn bottle up automatically, then convey to the filling part by star steel, the main material a
nd washing clip is stainless steel.
Filling part
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reachesthe
filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will
clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the
liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
Capping part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube pa
rts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.
Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
